What happens during treatment?
Screening to differentiate between vestibular, cervicogenic and other causes, then targeted manual therapy, repositioning manoeuvres or graded exercise as appropriate.
How long does recovery usually take?
BPPV often resolves in 1–3 sessions. Cervicogenic dizziness typically improves alongside neck treatment over 4–8 weeks.
