Appointments
Appointments can be booked online, by phone or by email. Booking an appointment does not establish a practitioner-patient relationship until you have attended your consultation.
Fees and Payment
Consultation fees are payable at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed. Private health insurance rebates are subject to your individual level of cover and eligibility.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may incur a $50 cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the appointment time that has been reserved specifically for you.
We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and cancellation fees may be waived at NeoPhysio's discretion.
